First established in 1892 on its present site off the A615 Wingfield Road just a mile and a half west of Alfreton's Town Centre the Club is on compact parkland and features eleven separate holes. The course sits in a picturesque spot within easy reach of the M1 and A38 trunk roads and though only a small club it is kept in excellent condition.
The clubhouse is open for drinks and light snacks on most days at normal opening times but visitors are advised to check in advance of any visit and book in advance for anything special.
Visitors are made very welcome
