| The club has 1 eighteen hole course. Didsbury GC is an attractive and 'easy walking' 18-hole parkland course located alongside the River Mersey. Founded in 1891, Course Architects include Alistair MacKenzie (1921), with redesigns by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas (1973). As well as being one of the busiest private member clubs in South Manchester , Didsbury GC is a popular venue for visiting parties with its relatively flat terrain and friendly atmosphere. Playing at 6,210 yards with a Par 70, it offers a good golfing challenge to all levels and handicaps. |

Visitors are always welcome at Didsbury, and groups and individuals are asked to contact the Professional or the Club Manager to arrange a slot. Society organisers are asked to deal directly with the Club Manager to discuss their requirements. Society days tend to be Thursday and Friday but also include Monday afternoon and Sunday afternoon in the summer.
Didsbury has various options throughout the year including Winter Warmers and Summer Packages for small or large groups.The traditional corporate or group package could include 12 or 13 holes in the morning, a light lunch, followed by a full 18 holes in the afternoon (see the course). Many societies end the day with a 2 or 3 course dinner from the clubs extensive Menu in our comfortable dining room where your presentation might conclude the day. Didsbury GC also welcomes visitors to participate in an array of Gents & Ladies Open Events and is a regular port of call for Cheshire County Coaching classes with Didsbury Coach, Peter Barber. Didsbury GC is very accessible from both the M60 and M56. So, come along for a great days golf.
