What happens now ?

• You have to send out numerous forms to clubs
• You have to send out numerous forms to players from your own database
• You  have to trust other clubs and their players to photocopy your entry forms when they take the last form from the A4 folder. Believe me, THIS DOES NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN!!
• You have to send out forms to telephone enquiries and postal enquiries
• You have to return entry forms to players when the competition is oversubscribed as players have no idea when it is full
• You have very little chance of filling vacancies in competitions without resorting to sending out more forms or making telephone calls

What We Offer

An easy to use service - you send us details of your competitions which we then enter onto the website database,  along with details for your Home Page, which also supplies a direct link to your own Club website.

You refer any telephone enquiries directly to the website where players can download entry forms

Your own members can download an entry form

All players on your own database can download an entry form

Total control over your competitions  - Email/telephone us immediately a competition is full we will then stop the forms from being downloaded within 24 hours  - yes there will be an overlap as some entries may be in the post but nowhere near as many as at present.

You email/telephone us with details of vacancies in a competition - we will send out an email alert to all registered players within your area and hopefully you will pick up the extra players

The forms for next years competitions can be entered as soon as you give us the details

THE SAVINGS WILL BE SUBSTANTIAL IN BOTH TIME AND MONEY - THIS IS THE WAY FORWARD!!
